I am a nursing leader, educator, and healthcare professional with 21 years of extensive nursing experience, combining clinical expertise, leadership, education, and professional development. My academic background includes two Master’s degrees, including a Master’s in Community Health Nursing and a Master’s in Human Resources Management, as well as a PhD in Nursing Practice. This multidisciplinary education has strengthened my ability to integrate clinical excellence, workforce development, leadership, and evidence-based practice. Throughout my career, I have gained significant clinical experience in surgical and neurological nursing, which established a strong foundation for my progression into nursing leadership and education. I previously served in an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role at Tawam Hospital, where I contributed to nursing operations, staff development, quality improvement, and the advancement of professional nursing practice. Currently, I am responsible for regional nursing education across Al Ain, supporting the strategic development and implementation of nursing education, competency, clinical training, professional development, and workforce readiness across healthcare services. My role involves collaborating with nursing leaders, educators, clinical teams, and academic partners to strengthen nursing standards and promote continuous professional growth. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to clinical excellence, patient safety, evidence-based practice, staff empowerment, and lifelong learning. My professional goal is to continue advancing nursing education and leadership while developing highly competent nurses who can deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and contribute to the continued advancement of healthcare in the UAE.
